DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
We currently do not accept refunds or exchanges on orders placed in the store. In some special circumstances we may accept returns or replacements, so please contact us at [contact.azology@gmail.com] for any inquiries.
ADDRESS CHANGES?
If you have accidentally submitted the wrong address or purchased something during a pre-order period and require an address change, please e-mail contact.azology@gmail.com with the email titled with your order number in the subject bar as soon as possible to update the order.
HOW DO I ADD EXTRA ITEMS TO MY ORDER AFTER I PLACED IT?
If you would like to combine shipping on similar objects (ie. acrylic charms), place a second order and send an email to us with both of your order numbers so that we can refund shipping on one order. This will only be do-able if we have not shipped your first parcel yet.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
If you are placing your order within the U.S. please allow for 2-3 weeks to process, prepare and ship your order for NON-PREORDER items. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been dropped off at the post office.
There will be an additional 1-2 week delay in processing Canadian and International orders as they are being handled and fulfilled at a separate location.
WILL SHIPPING TO THE EU BE AVAILABLE?
Shipping is available to the EU, however we DO NOT collect VAT on any orders placed in the online store. Due to VAT regulations you may need to pay duties and fees upon delivery. Please be aware that we are unable to assist with shipments that are unclaimed and are not returned. This is unfortunately out of our control.
THERE ARE SOME ISSUES WITH MY ORDER! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If there are missing or incorrect items were placed in your package, we will replace your order as soon as possible.
If you’ve placed an order and it has yet to arrive please check the tracking status of your parcel via the tracking number and or your local post office. If there are issues with receiving your order please contact us and we will look into it as best as we can. We have very little control once the parcel is dropped off at the post office and are not responsible for any stolen packages.

PRE-ORDERS
Preorder items can take several months to fulfill and ship, if you have items that are non-preorder and wish to receive them sooner, please order them separately otherwise they will be shipped all at once.
WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK SOMETHING?
If there is enough interest in a specific product there will be a pre-order period available once the store stock is sold out. Beyond that, there may be small restocks post-cons depending on the popularity of the item.
